In this award-winning multimedia extravaganza, the bearded, sequinned wonder that is performance artist Princess Edward takes the audience into a world where anime heroes, bass guitarist rock stars and dance pop epics meld into one. On a quest to save her beloved Abel T. Suckizone from the mysterious villain known only as The Beast, Princess Edward puts it all on the line in this live-action-queer-anime-drag-adventure.
Featuring local drag performers within each performance, The Princess Show offers up a campy and visually stunning fantasy world for the audience where they can cheer Princess on as she tackles real problems.

After debuting with Theatre Outré in Lethbridge Alberta in 2016, the show has played from coast to coast in Canada including at Buddies in Bad Times in Toronto, the rEvolver Festival in Vancouver, OUTstages in Victoria, with Theatre New Brunswick at Fredericton Pride, and Fringe Hit at the Halifax Fringe Festival. In 2021, The Princess Show was awarded as a finalist for the Nova Scotia Masterworks Prize, the most prestigious arts award in the province.
